Rabbit 4 pieces 10 pieces
Tomato sauce 2 cucharas soperas 100 cl.
Flat Green Jewish 150 gr. 400 gr.
Garrofón 100 gr. 250 gr.
Water or Broth meat 1 liter 2,5 liters
Sweet paprika 1 coffee spoon 1 soup spoon
Colorant 1 coffee spoon 1 soup spoon
Salt 2 soup spoon 50 gr .
Rice 400 gr. 1 kg.

Preparación:
Put oil in the pan and heat for 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and rabbit and saute over low heat 25 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and stir with meat for 8 minutes.
Add the vegetables and sauté all together 15 minutes.
Put water or broth meat, coloring and paprika and let simmer 20 minutes over high heat.
Add rice and boil 17 or 20 minutes over low heat.
When dry the rice off the heat and let stand 5 or 6 minutes.
