Fry the prawns and set aside.
Fry the squid and then add the grated peeled shrimp.
Add the paprika and tomato sauce and stir together with the fish.
Add rice and fry it all together.
Add the smoked fish.
Before the end add the prawns and mussels.
When dry the rice off the heat and let stand 5 or 6 minutes.
