Prawn grated 4 pieces 10 pieces
Squid beach 1/2 kg. 1 kg.
Rape 400 gr. 1 kg.
Mussels 400 gr. 4 kg.
Fumé de pescado 1 liter 2,5 liters
Sweet paprika 1 soup spoon 3 soup spoon
Colorant 1 soup spoon 3 soup spoon
Salt 2 soup spoon 50 gr .
Rice 400 gr. 1 kg.

Preparación:

Fry the prawns and set aside.
Fry the squid and then add the grated peeled shrimp.
